Winters on Insurance for D&O Exposure to Stock Options Charges

Lawsuits are emerging over alleged backdating of stock-option grants, targeting corporate directors and officers. Dan Winters '91 addresses the possibility of D and O insurance for such exposure in an article published in Andrews Litigation Reporter for August 9, 2006.

Website for DLA Ski Breckenridge

Tsan Abrahamson has set up a website/weblog for our February 16-19, 2007 CLE and Ski meeting at: DLA in Breckeridge 2007. It includes extensive details with links to info about speakers, childcare, kids lessons, lift tickets and registering online. Visitors who register a username and valid email address can add comments and trackback to their own weblog.
