Dartmouth Law Journal Seeking Submissions
In its fourth year of publication, the Dartmouth Law Journal is calling for "articles, research papers, essays and editorials related to law, and, when appropriate, intersecting subjects such as philosophy, economics, sociology, history and political science."
Published by the Nelson A. Rockefeller Center at Dartmouth College, the student-edited journal's Spring 2006 issue addressed issues about the Dubai Ports dispute, comparisons between executive orders for military tribunals in 1942 and 2001, prohibitions of "group libel," privacy issues with cell phone tracking, and controversies over the role of international law in U.S. courts.
