David Russell '67 Speaks on IP Transfers to China

Atty. David Russell '67 of Bose McKinney and Evans LLP spoke on Intellectual Property Rights as part of an all-day seminar on Doing Business in China at Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana. His topic was "TECHNOLOGY TRANSFERS FROM THE U.S. TO THE PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF CHINA". Other participants included professors at Ball State and representatives of major international corporations and the Peoples Republic of China.
